Bedrooms (by two): (Spectacular views) Both of which have en-suites each room is furnished with a double bed, locker and wardrobe (one cot for infant supplied in one room).

En-suites: Are fully tiled have sink, toilet, electric pump shower, shower door mirror and light with shaver socket.

Landing: Contains a hot-press with emersion element.

Down stairs (all wheel chair accessible)

Hallway: Table containing local tourist information.

Kitchen / dinning room: (Spectacular views) Large fully equipped (six chairs, two stools, dinning table, fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron plus (ironing board), oven / grill, ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave).

Living room: (Spectacular views) Connected to kitchen / dinning room by double doors equipped with three piece suite (3, 2 and 1), DVD player, satellite decoder set up for sky free view package, 21inch television and stand.

Bedrooms (by two): (Spectacular views to front) Each room contains two single beds (one bed is a pull out guest bed) each has wardrobe and locker.

Bathroom: Bath, mixer unit shower, shower doors, toilet, sink, mirror and light with shaver socket.

House is heated with oil fired central heating system.

Bed linen (one set per bed) and towels (one set per bath / shower room) supplied.

Fire extinguishers 5lt foam and 2lt Co2.
